Elite Studios is an independent game studio based in the United Kingdom. We make management simulations — deep, atmospheric games about running living systems well, from a commercial carp fishery to a working farm.

We are the game development arm of the Elite family of companies, a group of UK businesses built over years across property, home improvement and hospitality — including Elite Holiday Homes, Emerson Elite, and Elite Windows and Doors. Games are the newest chapter, but the ethos carries straight across: do the work properly, put your name on it, and build things that last.

What we believe

The management sim is one of gaming's most rewarding genres, and one of its most abused. For every great, systems-rich sim there's a "tycoon" that's really a slot machine in disguise. We're firmly on the other side of that line.

Our games have no pay-to-win, no dark patterns and no nagging timers. The reward comes from mastery — from taking something small and messy and making it work — not from a countdown designed to sell you a skip. We build for an audience that takes its hobbies seriously and expects to be treated the same way.

Where we're headed

We're starting with subjects we genuinely care about. Carp Tycoon puts you in charge of building and running a commercial carp fishery. Farm Tycoon applies the same depth-first philosophy to agriculture. Both are built to be easy to pick up and genuinely hard to master, across PC and mobile.

The studio is structured to grow. Each game lives in its own home, and there's room for many more to come.
